Every tool I tried wanted the recording — on their storage, under their retention policy. So recording, transcription and filing all happen on this Mac, and I had to be precise about the one thing that still leaves.

What I don't let the model decide

A conversational booking agent over Azure OpenAI, an OTP server and Google Calendar. The model runs the conversation and picks the tool — and every value that has to be correct is computed in Python before the call goes out.
